Proximity Institute is dedicated to enabling effective leadership at the most senior level in Ontario’s 135 hospitals, specifically the 127 Presidents and CEOs. The nature of our work in leadership development is informed by extensive ongoing stakeholder engagement, tracking the evolution of the role of CEO, understanding the diversity of backgrounds and profiles of leaders as well as staying close to the leadership challenges and priorities that matter most.
