Proximity partners with Ontario hospital leaders to advance their effectiveness through the craft of leadership development. We seek to understand the contextual realities facing hospitals and draw upon this privileged position to engage leaders on the priorities that matter most. Our work is a combination of contextual analysis, original applied research, development of learning interventions, creation of leadership development collateral and engagement with stakeholders in the Ontario hospital sector.
