Accelerating the onboarding of Ontario hospital Presidents and CEOs into the role

CEOs Out Front is a peer leadership development network designed to accelerate the onboarding of Presidents and CEOs into this leadership role. Ontario hospital Presidents and CEOs including interim appointments are invited to join this network when they first assume the role. New Presidents and CEOs typically engage in this network for one to two years. 

These leadership conversations are facilitated by seasoned Ontario hospital Presidents and CEOs who welcome the opportunity to support the incoming generation of leaders.

Different from skill-building programs, the nature of conversations in CEOs Out Front is about the practice of leading a hospital in the Ontario context such as navigating political context, effective engagement with the hospital board, establishing personal brand and influencing organizational culture.

This peer leadership network also rapidly facilitates a trust-based, foundational set of relationships as each new President and CEO embarks on their leadership journey.
