On May 2, 2024 at A Leadership Dialogue: Powered by Proximity, 95% of attending hospital CEOs committed themselves and their organization to action the identification and development of exceptional talent. This is an imperative for the readiness of the next generation of leaders of Ontario hospitals.

The short inspirational film that follows reflects history and how people working together collectively can drive change, innovation, and create movements.

To this end, Proximity created a charter for collective action and invited all Ontario hospital CEOs to sign the charter as a demonstration of their commitment to developing exceptional talent who will become the future CEOs of Ontario hospitals.
